My name is César and I want to help you fund your research project.

I am a scientist working as a funding specialist at CIRCE Technology Centre (Zaragoza, Spain), where I am responsible for consortia creation, proposal writing and management of Horizon Europe projects.

Also, I have experience working as a freelance innovation consultant, writing and developing grant proposals, with particular emphasis on Horizon Europe, EIC Accelerator and EU Missions.

Additionally, I am an experienced public speaker who regularly talks on the subjects of alternative careers to academia, scientific publishing and competitive funding. Every now and then, I am also keen on participating in outreach actions.
